Linda is making me feel really overwhelmed although I guess I’m feeling it anyway with Michael agreeing to a date and it sending me into a spin. I feel pressured to make it work with Michael and we haven’t even had one date yet. Today Linda was talking about coming over for dinner and ‘when’ we get together, not if. She said she knows we’re going to be a couple and even started talking about the big family Christmases we can have together!
It’s like Phil all over again with the pressure. I don’t need it and I don’t want it. If there are feelings between Michael and I, I want them to grow naturally, not be force-fed by Linda or anyone else because all that will do is make me run a mile.
